Sometimes It Is Okay Not To Be In Control

Today was one of those days!
One of those days when you are just not in control!
You know the kind when nothing is going quite right, and things are not going the way you want them to go.
No matter how hard you try and turn it around you just can’t.
No matter what you just can’t seem to get through everything that needs to be done.
There are complaints…..
Big ones….ugh….unintentional mistakes but mistakes nonetheless.

Small ones the ones that seem so insignificant…..the ones that make you think when do people even have time to complain about this stuff?
I don’t know about you but these days are really tough for me.
Why?
Well honestly I like to be in complete control.
Anyone who knows me knows that I am a bit of a control freak an over achiever.
I tend to be a bit of a workaholic.
Sometimes day’s like these make me stop and think.
About how I need to stop….and just surrender myself to the fact that, no I cannot do everything.
I cannot be right all the time….I have to admit to myself that sometimes I just cannot do everything on my own all the time!
And that the reality is that the world will keep turning without me being in control.
Even though it is hard to admit!
I know and you know it is true for all of us that yes the world will keep turning even without us.
It is how we prepare for our loved ones to manage without us that matters.
